Real Ingredients. Nothing Else.

Turn over most electrolyte drinks and you'll find a paragraph of chemicals. Turn over Purest and you'll find two things: real freeze-dried fruit and French gray sea salt. That's the entire ingredient list.

What's Actually in Purest?

๐Ÿ‹

Freeze-Dried Real Fruit

Whole fruit โ€” ginger, limes, cherries, cranberries, hibiscus โ€” freeze-dried to lock in flavor and natural sugars. No artificial flavoring. No concentrates. Real fruit.

๐Ÿง‚

French Gray Sea Salt

Hand-harvested from France's Atlantic coast. Unrefined, unbleached, naturally rich in 85+ trace minerals. Not the cheap table salt used in most sports drinks.

Why "Natural Flavors" Isn't Good Enough

You'll see "natural flavors" on almost every electrolyte drink label โ€” including many marketed as "clean." Here's what that actually means: under FDA regulations, "natural flavors" can include hundreds of lab-derived chemical compounds as long as they originated from a natural source at some point in the process.

At Purest, we don't use natural flavors. We use actual freeze-dried fruit. The flavor in your Ginger LimeAid isn't from a ginger-derived chemical compound โ€” it's from real ginger that was freeze-dried whole. There's a difference, and you can taste it.

Why Freeze-Dried?

Freeze-drying removes water from fruit at very low temperatures, preserving the natural flavor compounds, color, and nutrition that heat processing destroys. The result is fruit that tastes intensely like itself โ€” and mixes into water to create a drink that actually tastes like fruit, not like a candy version of fruit.

It's also how we keep the ingredient list so clean. Real freeze-dried fruit doesn't need additives to taste good or stay shelf-stable.

You Can See Through the Jar

We use glass jars on purpose. You can look right through and see your electrolytes. There's nothing to hide. The powder looks like what it is โ€” ground fruit and sea salt. If we were using artificial dyes or synthetic compounds, we wouldn't want you looking that closely.
