Why Freeze-Dried?
Freeze-drying removes water from fruit at very low temperatures, preserving the natural flavor compounds, color, and nutrition that heat processing destroys. The result is fruit that tastes intensely like itself — and mixes into water to create a drink that actually tastes like fruit, not like a candy version of fruit.
It's also how we keep the ingredient list so clean. Real freeze-dried fruit doesn't need additives to taste good or stay shelf-stable.
